Recorded in 2003 these tracks come towards the end of a journey that started in 1998 when I began buying music equipment and building a studio in Brixton. Kiss You Goodbye is a about a joyous moment in my life when although saying goodbye to my dead sister, after five years of grieving I began to feel some kind of happiness and equilibrium again.

All the voices on Kiss You Goodbye are by Mark Bell and I messing around in the studio in Endymion Road.

Tenderness is about a girl I met from Holland.

The photograph is me at around seven years old with my Grandma's dog Percy a Staffordshire Bull Terrier. I loved Percy. Here we must have walked maybe up into the moors around Greater Manchester, maybe the Pennines.
